By accessing or using Codve ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Codve provides code verification services through an API and web interface. The Service analyzes code using various testing strategies and provides confidence scores and potential issues. The Service does not guarantee correctness or provide formal mathematical proofs of code behavior.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys
  • You must not submit malicious code designed to attack the Service
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to submit code for verification
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the code you submit for verification. Codve does not claim ownership of your code. By default, submitted code is processed and discarded; it is only retained if you explicitly enable code storage in your account settings.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. CODVE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL DETECT ALL BUGS OR ISSUES IN YOUR CODE. VERIFICATION RESULTS ARE CONFIDENCE-BASED ASSESSMENTS, NOT FORMAL PROOFS OF CORRECTNESS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR TESTING AND VALIDATING YOUR CODE BEFORE PRODUCTION USE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CODVE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing tier selected. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for billing inquiries.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
